about

I’m a holistic psychotherapist, mentor, writer, and lifelong student of the healing arts.

Hi, I'm shawn. Welcome.

We can all sometimes feel unmoored from the constructs we have known and called into more profound psycho-spiritual inquiry.

For this, attuned presence is medicine: our primary cord of access to each other and to fulcrums of wisdom and transformation within.

Through contemplative practice, immersive learning experiences, and evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities, we can reconnect with the belonging that has been there all along and, together, discover what it means to be fully human.

My work expresses fluency in the science and art of wellbeing.

mission statement

Once you know the way, the nature of attention will call you to return, again and again, and be saturated with knowing, “I belong here, I am at home here.” Answer that call.

– Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, Sutra 26

Through contemplative essays, conversations with expert guests, and live yoga & meditation offerings, Shawn welcomes readers to explore the complexities and creative potential of being human in an era of radical change.

In this revealing interview, I share the ways we lose and return to ourselves: the subtle acts of self-abandonment that separate us from our creative core, and the slow, embodied practices that bring us back. As a therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, and creative practitioner, I speak to the daily work of authenticity—the courage of vulnerability, the discipline of practice, and the possibility of growth that comes with inhabiting our full selves.
